Dirty room, holes in bed sheets, hair from previous guest in bed, smudged mirrors, bloody boogers on bathroom walls, shower curtain dirty, dead bugs on bath room counter. I did not stay, immediately complained no others rooms available checked out less than an hour I checked in

The rooms were not hotel chain quality clean. The towels were not professionally cleaned they were dirty looking, dingy and hard. The shower curtain was dirty. The toilet seat was old missing color in spots, old urine in places. I saw a roach in the bathroom. There piles of dog poop in the white rocks. The headboards needed to be replaced,mattresses were lumpy. The owner is not doing proper upkeep of the facility. I was really disappointed and this is the first time I have given a place a negative review. Stay at your own risk.

The foyer of the hotel is very nice and appealing as are the night-time lights outside. That’s where it ends. Staff handed us our key with no direction to room, no information, no timings for breakfast, no “pleasantries”. The room was unclean, floors were dirty. “Breakfast” is a glorified snack bar. The walls are paper thin, you can hear the neighbors talking and every door slams. Previous reviews rate it a 5.8/10. So I wasn’t expecting perfection, but it would be nice to not be woken throughout the night by noise

Mysterious rust color leaking from under dresser, stains on the mattress, and a cockroach the size of my baby finger. Towels are twenty years old, dirty, and see-through. Hallways are dark and dingey, and the no security on the outside doors, they stick open and back on to a poorly lit parking lot.

This location looked suspicious from the moment we drove in at 10:30pm. Parking lot complete disrepair. People hanging out all around the grounds - creepy. All four buildings had doors propped open - zero security. Walked into our room and was met with a wall of smoke. Furniture was in disrepair. Burn holes in the sheets. Walked out immediately. Providence had it that when we walked out we met two couples who had the same unsettling experience. We all went straight to the front desk to demand a refund. Front desk attendant immediately handed us phone numbers we needed to call to get our refunds. Clearly was well versed on this scenario. Horrible conditions. Immediately left to get locked in the car with my daughters as now we had to find a place to stay at 11pm at night. Ended up having to drive 45 minutes to find an available, safe place for us to spend the night. Never had a more horrible experience. I thought it would have been vetted by Hotels.com to meet some sort of standard but clearly not!

Pool towels for bath towels, only 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towelin room, had to ask for extra. Didn't have an ice bucket and never received 1 after asking 3x. Did not have a "do not disturb or room service" sign to put on door but staff entered anyways and only emptied the 1 small trash can and left 1 pool towel. Breakfast for week day was grab n go not continental as site suggests. On a good note, the front desk lady was very helpful and the gentleman who took care of breakfast area on weekend kept the area clean and restocked.

They were cleaning rooms across the hall at 10pm. Our room had a lot of work to be done. Just hit water for shower, no temperature change. Sheets were clean, but had stains. Towels were terrible! TV in my sisters room didn't work.

The staff was very polite, friendly and accommodating. The rooms are in DIRE need of upgrade. The bathroom was sketchy -- chipped paint in tub and ceiling area over the tub. Tub/shower facets were loose from the wall. The room and bathroom were in overall clean condition, just a little shabby looking in the bathroom. The towels need upgraded from the paper thin "sandpaper" grade to something a little nicer and the one wash cloth we were provided was as thin as a paper towel. We needed to ask for towels and bathroom tissue each day. We had one wastebasket (not in the bathroom, but we moved it); two would have been convenient with liners for each (no liners provided when we emptied our own trash). The hot breakfast buffet on Saturday and Sunday was a nice surprise as it was plentiful, varied and good. Air conditioner needs replaced in breakfast room (fan runs but no cool air is disbursed). One of our two rooms had inadequate cooling -- we kept the connecting door open between our rooms so cool air could move into the second room.

The property was clean and conveniently located right on I-90. I was in town briefly for a funeral and had trouble tying my neck tie for the service. I went down to the front desk and the gentleman was very kind and helped me tie it. Overall it was a good place to stay even though it was a sad occasion.
