Ski Le Granier 1km, Le Désert d'Entremont 6km, St-Pierre de Chartreuse/Planolet 17km. Body of water and swimming pool 19km. Former EDF transformer that has become a family home, atypical accommodation due to its original use. Tastefully decorated in a contemporary shabby style. Next to the workshop of the owner, visual artist. 1.4 km from the heart of the village of Entremont-le-Vieux and 1 km from the ski slopes. South hillside. Typical residential hamlet in the heart of the Chartreuse Regional Natural Park. Good comfort. Ultra cozy. Very charming. Pleasant preserved natural setting. Large landscaped plot with covered terrace and vegetable garden. Atypical accommodation with this former EDF transformer that has become a family home and renovated in a contemporary shabby style by the owner, a visual artist. 1km from the slopes of the family resort of Granier. Entremont Desert resort and its Nordic site in the heart of nature 6km away. St-Pierre-de-Chartreuse/Le Planolet ski area 16km away. In the heart of the Chartreuse Regional Natural Park, a splendid, exceptionally preserved territory ("the Emerald of the Alps" according to Stendhal) steeped in history (cradle of the order of the Carthusian Fathers for almost 10 centuries), nestled between Grenoble and Chambéry, historic capital of the Dukes of Savoy, city of Art and History. Ideally located to radiate, winter as summer, in ski, rando and cyclo on the solid mass. An address to discover for a stay out of time!
