Disappointing Stay

No drinking water. No fan and no air conditioner (it was missing the required remote), party music until 5 AM (with no air conditioner or fan to dampen the noise), and the coffee maker was broken. I stopped to grab some water and cups because they charge 200 pesos for dirty dishes, and the coffee maker was broken. Waste of time and money.

The Pictures are the same as they promise is just far from the city, restaurants bars and all, you really need a car, taxis and uber had a hard time finding the place... bathroom faucets were rusty and old, hot water is limited

the place was OK, nice picture on the website! 3rd floor with stairs only, very cold and no heaters, no night stand and lamps and a lot of rust on plumbing. but it was only for a night so no big deal.

My family gives it a ten!

This place was great! Location was amazing and there was plenty for the kids to do. We have 3 under 11 and they had a fantastic time. It's location is currently being developed but that didn't impact our stay one bit. The apartment was great. Two showers was just a deal sealer. The pool area was clean and had a restroom and BBQ area. I would definitely stay here again. In fact we're already planning our next trip.

Solo un detalle por andar de paseo regresé ya después de las 8 y ya no permitieron el acceso a la piscina y al siguiente día la comenzaron a limpiar a las 10 am y uno tenía que esperar 2 horas para entrar lo cual era la hora de entregar el departamento
