great place, very nice rooms, private bar for guests

This hotel is fantastic. The rooms are large and have a great view of the valley. We enjoyed lounging by the pool which was very convenient to our room and sparkling clean. We ate breakfast at the restaurant and it was amazing...not to be missed! Will stay again for sure.

Beautiful setting with well manicured landscape.excellent service at front desk and restaurant.

Staff friendly knowledgeable and very helpful Hotel well located and good food

We enjoyed our stay at Hacienda Guadalupe. The staff members were helpful and competent. we had very good breakfasts in the restaurant. While using the pool, we were able to order excellent wine served from the restaurant.

We stayed here for 2 nights. From the time we arrived, our stay was perfection. As soon as we got out of the truck (there were six of us-3 couples), Carlos (the bellman) greeted us warmly and helped us get our bags and 'stuff' out of the truck. We were then greetly by the front desk who made the check in process seamless and pleasant (all of the front desk staff were so helpful in providing suggestions & directions). The lobby in the hotel is beautiful, warm, has a fireplace, a comfortable sitting room, a coffee station and just an overall very relaxing place to congregate. Carlos helped us all to our rooms and was very personable. The rooms are spacious, very clean, decorated with the flavor of Mexico and overall lovely. Small touches that didn't go unnoticed included: fresh cookies waiting for us at the little bistro table in the room, slippers bedside for both of us, a Keurig coffee maker/coffee, well stock bathroom toiletries, and a huge amour and dresser. I want to restate the room was extremely clean and well maintained. The balcony is large and faced the valley for an amazing view. The grounds were immaculate. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a first class experience in the Valley. Oh, and another nice touch, we asked them to arrange a driver for the six of us on Saturday to tour the wineries. The driver was professional, drove in a safe manner and his vehicle was roomy and comfortable. We also asked them to make arrangements for one of our 3 rooms to be
