The room did not smell very good and was very worn but the worst part is that we booked a suite with a king bed and a pull out couch. There were no linens in the room for the pull out couch so I went to ask for some and also some pillows (since there were also no pillows in the room) and was told that there were no extra pillows in the whole hotel. So the people that slept on the pull out had no pillows. Would not stay here again.

No hot water, unable to select channels on the TV, pillows were terrible, breakfast was lacking. Soft drink spill in the elevator that had been there awhile—floor half wet and sticky. The shower water assembly was loose and didn’t function well at all. When I raised the water diverter, the spout and shutoff valve came out from the wall. Been like this for a while—poor maintenance. The shutoff valve was turned off so tightly, I thought it would snap when I used a lot of strength to turn it on. When I mentioned the TV channel selection issue, I was told I had to follow a certain process but there were no instructions and we were not informed of the process requirement at checkin. When I asked the staff about the hot water issue this morning, she stated she had just learned of it and had a call-in to maintenance but no response yet. Several clients complained. I complained the night I arrived; people do shower at night. A terrible stay overall. Lots of highway noise throughout the night. Won’t ever stay there again.

Was charged $35 to check in 30 minutes early even though the room was ready. Room smelled like stale mold. AC didn’t seem to work properly- it was super humid the entire stay. The front staff was completely rude. The breakfast was not good at all. And I didn’t not have hot water to shower with.

Nicole at the front desk was the best! Such an amazing employee! The hotel is older and worn down. The room had a stale odor and the AC had a urine like smell when it turned on. The freeway was loud at times and there were multiple bright lights facing our room that even the shade couldn't help. The shower wasn't hot enough. Breakfast was okay but get there before 9 or there will be limited hot options. Eggs, sausage, waffles, and tortillas are only hot options. The bed was comfy and it felt like a safe hotel. Since even paying guest couldn't get into the outside doors with keys but there is minimal parking in the front and the side parking lot had a storage container and work vehicles taking up all the spots. The room was large and nice to be able to have space to spread out but overall the price versus value wasn't there. I wish I had payed at least $30-40 less than what I did.

The lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing!! Im a hearing impaired individual and she knew exactly what i needed her to do to help me understand her and she did it with a friendly attitude, kind spirit and without treating me like an inconvenience. The room was large and clean enough.Breakfast was pretty good and the staff worked extra hard to get the coffee machine up and running after a malfunction. Not the worst place to stay. These days folks treat customers like an inconvenience but the friendly front desk lady is what sets this place far above the rest!
