This beautifully updated condo is just a few miles away from some of the most spectacular white sandy beaches in Southwest Florida and just a few steps off our lazy lanai, you can take a leisurely walk right into a serene and bucolic 80 acre nature sanctuary preserve. If golfing is your sport, you can tee off at any of our eleven nearby world class courses. Our complex has two pools, tennis, pickleball and shuffle ball courts and is located directly across the road from the Gulf of Mexico, so if boating and or fishing is your pleasure, we also have several marina options in our area as well. Inside our cozy condo, you’ll find two en-suite bedrooms, each with queen size beds and a newly updated kitchen and two new baths, complete with WiFi, HVAC, and a brand new washer & dryer. If your goal is to unwind and relax after a full day at the beach, then look no further-you have arrived!!

The pool was wonderful. The heater went out a couple of times but it worked most of the time. The owner was friendly and kept in touch with good communication. The overall experience was great with a wonderful location
