Parking is directly in front and has no stairs. This space is immaculate, with a new mattress, sleeper sofa, furnishings, electric fireplace, linens, and lots more.

Comfortable, well furnished place for 1 or 2 people. Near San Diego Botanic Garden, 0.5 miles to the grocery store and shopping, and less than 1.5 miles to Moonlight Beach and downtown Encinitas. Everything I needed for my stay and more

Sheri and Patrick were great and very accommodating. The suite had everything I needed for my long stay. It's connected to the house but it felt like a completely separate private space. The neighborhood was quiet and chill, and I was able to walk to get to everywhere I needed. Couldn't have gone better, and I hope to stay here again soon!
