Agréable séjour au soleil d’Embrun

Venus pour passer Noël en famille auprès de ma fille et de sa famille, j’ai pu bien profiter de mes petits fils avec un temps finalement fort agréable , neige et grand soleil avec un appartement très agréable, propre bien situé bien orienté, vraiment parfait, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir . Je recommande sans réserves .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce petit 2 pièces très bien situé à proximité immédiate du centre ville et proche du plan d'eau. La vue est magnifique de jour, comme de nuit. Comment dire...

Logement plus ou moins calme car dernière semaine de août mais je doute fort de la tranquillité en juillet-août. (voie de chemin de fer, route d'"Embrun-Savine" et très gros lotissement d'appartements) Sans plan détaillé, impossible de s'y retrouver!! Ne pas être accueilli par une personne n'est pas dérangeant (pour nous du moins), par contre ne pas établir un état des lieux n'est pas très rassurant !! (Les clés sont envoyés par courrier ou par croisement entre deux locataires "départ-arrivé"). Le proprio ne demande pas de caution, mais si il y a quelque chose qui ne fonctionne pas, de cassé ou manquant, il n'y a personne sur place pour vous aider!!) L'appartement est très "vieillo" dans son "jus", la literie est à changer et un plus grand matelas ne serait pas du luxe! En ajoutant deux petites étagères pour avoir une "table de nuit" (Très petite chambre avec fenêtre en haut du mur donc pas d'air frais!!) Deux petites armoires sont à dispo pour les vêtements, à condition de virer l'aspirateur, la couette et oreillers. Mais pas d'autre place pour cela...D'ailleurs, pas plus de 2 personnes !! Mais le plus gros bémol, c'est le nettoyage! Au 1er coup d'œil, tout parait propre. Ensuite, c'est un peu limite (Vaiselles, sanitaires...) car celui-ci est fait par les locataires et n'est vérifié par personne. En résumé, le propriétaire (qui n'habite pas sur place et "débutant") doit trouver rapidement une meilleur organisation pour sa location !! En dehors de cela, nous avons passé un magnifique séjour !!
