Receptionist, Susan, was very welcoming and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and were going to be comfortable. This is our second stay at Four Sevens, and the rooms are alway spotless. We love the non-carpeted foor because it "hide anything". Note: the office is only staffed from 3:00-11:00 PM.

This stay really impressed us. Ckean rooms, extra blankets, pillows, soaps, coffee in room, the size and cleanliness of the room was amazing and the price was awesome. Super friendly staff and overall a great place to stay. We were really impressed and will be staying again.

Check in time was supposed to be 3PM. Arrived at 3:15 PM. Went to office. Pushed the bell to let staff know I was there, both the outside bell and the bell on the counter. Waiting for 15 minutes or more. Was very tired after a 12 hour drive, so left and went to another motel where staff was efficient and had me checked in and in a comofrtable room within a few minutes.

The newly remodeled rooms were great. Not even any mold on the shower tiles. The staff was very friendly and helped when I left my room key in the room. I would recommend this motel to anyone traveling to or through Ely, NV.
