This very well-kept and comfortable villa in Els Poblets leaves nothing to be desired. On the 400 sqm large, not visible from the outside, with carport, the 4x8 meter private pool, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill, located on two levels, the 150sqm villa. Through a covered porch you enter the spacious living room on the ground floor, with adjoining dining area (with fireplace). Here is also the fully equipped open kitchen. A bedroom with en-suite shower room is also available on the ground floor. The internal staircase leads to the spacious, bright upper floor with two further bedrooms each with bathroom (one with Jacuzzi / Jacuzzi en suite). The master bedroom leads directly to the large, sunny terrace, which has a charming view of the Segaria mountain. The Mediterranean and the fine sandy beach are only about 800 m.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. The bathroom offers a jetted tub, hair dryers, and bidets. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace. Housekeeping is available on request.

Maison très agréable

Maison agréable, bien située. Très bien équipée. Un nécessaire (assiettes, verres, couverts) pour les petits serait un petit plus. Cuisine extérieure au top. Juste un petit bémol : il faut payer l'électricité en plus de la location, ça peut monter vite niveau coût avec la clim que nous avons donc peu utilisé. Dommage! On recommande fortement le logement, dans un quartier très calme et très jolie.

La casa y piscina están muy bien , pero no es cierto todo lo del anuncio , la cocina es de gas ( en el anuncio pone vitroceramica), solo tiene aire acondicionado en salón y dormitorio principal , mis hijas pasaron mucho calor ,la zona de barbacoa no entra en la limpieza q pagas. Por lo demás bien, es una casa muy amplia q tiene de todo loq puedas necesitar ( jabón de manos , detergentes, condimentos, papel higiénico...)la piscina está fenomenal y cada dos dias vienen a limpiarla . Ah y deberían hacer una limpieza general antes de alquilarla , hay puertas , ventanas, radiadores sin limpiar desde hace muuuuucho tiempo. lo demás muy limpio
