Quiet room, comfortable bed. Hotel is a nice size. Hot water and coffee are nice, but would have liked herbal tea selection.
Under renovation should be telling people. They tried to put me on a floor (4th) under heavy reno with a new born. Totally unacceptable.

A very nice older property. Clean and friendly. The shower never got over lukewarm though. The bartender said there had been a flood so maybe the water heater failed not sure
It was a very beautiful place. Of the window there were lots of trees and a train track. The windows kept the noise out. It looked a lot like london.
Good location. Night receptionist helpful. Heat didn’t work, had to get a space heater, Faucets fixtures not properly installed. Train noise also was loud.
ridiculous staff, we asked for the receipt and the front desk said they can not provide it. also, we asked for a room facing the street and they promised, however they gave us a room that facing the railway, very noisy during night
Train running right outside our window and the king bed that was actually a queen.
Everything was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice Hotel, staff very friendly. We were there 10 nights, the left elevator to the 5th floor was moody, sometimes it would take you, sometimes it decided to go back to the lobby when it hit the 5th floor, without letting you out. It would be nice, if there was an ice maker, so you don’t have to call for a bucket of ice every time.

Hi Nathan! This night in particular, we were almost completely sold out. We checked you in on the 4th floor where the renovation is done. Unfortunately, you must walk through the area where renovation isn't done yet to get to the room. Ultimately, we did end up accommodating you by switching you to a different floor. We are sorry for any inconvenience, and we appreciate your honest feedback!
