Luxury Log Chalet w/ Hot Tub, Games Room & Hill Views ⛷️ - Close to Town!

LIVING ROOM + DINING ROOM + KITCHEN

The great room is truly the heart of the home. Enjoy meals around the huge harvest table, overlooking the ski hill. The kitchen and dining area are open concept, allowing the whole group to be together.

The kitchen is equipped with a ton of cooking stuff to whip up meals for the group. There is a large separate fridge and freezer, 36" gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, lots of small appliances you may need, plus a Keurig, coffee pot, kettle, tea and coffee to start off your mornings on the right foot! We also provide BBQ utensils for cooking and basic kitchen amenities such as olive oil, salt, pepper, aluminum foil and plastic wrap. It is a space meant for gathering!

Right next to the dining room is a very spacious living room. There is a huge comfy 'cloud' wraparound sofa around the TV and fireplace, to enjoy the game, board games, or just to chat. There is also a cozy reading nook as well (we supply board games and books to browse). Off the living room is a large deck with a BBQ and some lounge chairs.

OUTDOOR SPACE / HOT TUB / FIREPIT / PARKING

There is a clearing in the trees near the chalet with an outdoor fire pit with Adirondack chairs. We supply the wood, you supply the campfire tales!

Between the firepit and the chalet is a hot tub, a beautiful spot to soak and look at the stars. We have some string lights as well if you want to add to the magic feeling. Spa towels are supplied by us.

There are two decks off of the chalet, one from the living room with a BBQ and some chairs, the other off of one of the master bedrooms with chairs - they both overlook the hill. Our Hot tub is inspected by a spa professional on a weekly basis to maintain optimal water quality. There is ample parking for many vehicles along the driveway.

The property backs onto a large forest, so you are more than welcome to walk through the trees to the back of the property and explore!

MAN CAVE / REC ROOM

Enjoy the rustic bar, TV, speakers, arcade games (Pac Man & Football) and a dart board. There is also a ping pong tables and mini sticks in the garage - great for kids and adults alike.

MASTER BEDROOMS + ENSUITES

There are two separate master bedrooms that both have ensuites. The first is off of the living room and has a moody, cozy vibe. That bedroom also has a king bed, TV and the ensuite has a separate tub, shower and double vanity. The second is off of the great room and has a king canopy bed, a private deck with views, a closet and an ensuite with a separate tub and shower.

OTHER BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

Upstairs there is a guest bedroom with a queen bed, plus a powder room for the common area. On the main level, there are three bedrooms; a queen bunk bed room, one with a King Bed and the other with two Queens. The bunk bed room is off of the room with two queen beds.

There is a full bathroom for those bedrooms to share, with a stand up shower.

Located a 5 minute drive to downtown Ellicottville, you have the perfect mix of being well located, yet secluded in nature. Here are distances to local places:
