This was a lovely property. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Our room was spacious, clean and welcoming. The breakfast was perfect.

Epic stay away from the crowd. Pure Bliss

We had an epic time here at this Luxury hotel. The location is perfect, away from the noise, pollution, crowd and tourists. The hotel staffs are extremely helpful and will assist all the way. Janitha was exceptionally genuinely helpful. The pillows are the best we ever had. I wish we could buy similar one. If you want to unwind and relax in a luxurious environment, then this is the hotel to stay. I would stay again if I ever come back to Sri Lanka/Ella.

Excellent Stay

Brand new hotel, with high quality rooms and facilities. The staff are friendly. The location was good if want to be outside of the busy night life in Ella.

Nice setting with a good balcony with good views. No soundproofing so noisy. Food good but very slow service ( 50 mins wait ) whilst it was cooked. An easy tuk tuk ride into town - walkable if fit!

As we arrived our room that we booked was not free and we need to use one night a hotel of a lower category. The manager gave us a dinner for free in their restaurant as compensation. If you book a hotel for a higher price then you exped this and not another one. The second night we were on our room then everything was fine. The menu of the restaurant has a lot of menu's but unfortunately the most one are not available.
