Disappointed that the room I booked was no longer an option at this hotel. They claim they let Hotels.com know. Pool was closed and then very limited breakfast Sunday morning due to no staff. Staff there was amazing and because I booked with Hotels.com, they could not give me Hilton points to offset.

Bathroom faucet wouldn’t stay on in first room. Moved to 2nd room and had same problem. Bedside outlet and reading light non-functional. Leaking shower head. Door to room didn’t self latch. No complimentary water, $3 per bottle. Front desk staff not personable. Lots of opportunities for improvement.

Unfortunate experience

Air conditioning did not work, and because I booked through hotels.com they couldn’t refund or comp me anything. The actual AC equipment for hotel was outside our window and was very noisy. I paid extra for breakfast, the buffet was mostly empty and what was there was overcooked. They were to have some fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage and then typical bagels/bread and cereal - which they did still have. The room was very spacious and clean. We happened to be in the accessible room - however it was difficult to open and close entrance and bathroom doors.
