The hotel needs updating. There was a leak outside our room, the carpet was wet. The pillows have to be from Temu. They were terrible. The toilet is too low and the shower was dingy. The lighting in the room was dark and dim. I really hated the room honestly.

Our stay was nice. We would definitely recommend this hotel.The staff was very courteous, helpful, and accommodating, and our room was in a great location. It was quiet and clean. Great area that's close to many stores.

Staff was great, the room was loud like a rolling gunfight all night. The water pipes were going all night. The shower had plenty of small black and curly hair in it and on the soap dispensers. Very disappointed in the shower situation.

Everything at this location was excellent. All of the staff were very friendly and even provided recommendations on dining options around town. We had a great weekend stay. My only concern was the price of the room with it being ECSU's homecoming weekend.

Hampton inn had good quality bed and pillows but this one in particular was horribly priced for being in such a podunk town in off season. I stayed two nights and they never even brought pillows? Peeling paint in shower amongst many other gross details

Trouble with TV but Rachel fixed it Friday night. It was complicated, and she handled it well. Fresh fruit cut up or a pot of oatmeal would have been welcome additions to breakfast. The room seemed clean, although we found quite a few sand spurs near the beds.

Travelocity made our reservation for one night instead of two. When I tried to contact Travelocity, all I got was AI (automated machines. The hotel was very good in helping us get this straightened out and even offered us a better rate. Hotel was great. Travelocity is very disappointing!!
