Bad service. Nor fiendly.

Pool was "out of order". Wallpaper & door frames were torn & hanging off the walls in the hallway. Flooring was gross. Toilet paper holder was broken. Breakfast food was minimal. Room & bed were comfortable though, basic & small albeit. Overall disappointing for what we paid.

I like the stickers used in the door as a visual that the room has been cleaned and is good to go. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and plenty of hot water all day long! The bummer was cold pool, no hot tub(probably covid reason) and no breakfast served. We always use this Hampton on this trip(1-2 time a year). I was also disappointed to find out that there was no one staffed at the desk for the overnight. A little disconcerting to find that out that morning. The morning desk help guy was bummed when he showed up for his shift, but did not apologize for the inconvenience. I will give the benefit of the doubt due to covid. We have never had a negative experience here. I hope things improve at our next stay or we may reconsider future accommodations.

The rooms were very clean the beds were comfortable the staff was very nice the pool was nice the hot breakfast was good The only problem was that we reserved two queen beds for each room (2) rooms reserved & the other room was occupied so we had to wait for another room which ended up being a king bed but It worked out and we had a nice time. I enjoyed my husband ,daughter & grandkids they loved swimming 🤗

Hot tub empty and not functioning. TV channels very limited. Breakfast bar was excellent but not adequately staffed. Had to rekey keycards numerous times during our stay. This was not a $150 per night hotel. More like $85 per night.

The walls thin as paper. My room located directly across from elevator. It was extremely loud. There were also people getting ice, using the microwave etc. Some activity with Lots of kids, LOUD, slamming doors, running in the halls, congregating. I asked multiple times for them to be quiet. Parents just laughed.

All together just a nice clean place. Rooms were clean and despite Covid-19 they didn’t a good job with breakfast.

It seemed like the room that I was staying i n had not been cleaned and there was hair in my bed.

Had a great stay! Just had difficulties with the shower.

Old hotel very outdated need major renovations, beds very hard to sleep, carpet looks dirty.

Perfect for a quick family visit nearby. Breakfast starts at 6 a.m. We appreciated the early hour.

The hotel is a bit on the older side but kept up nicely. The inside is similar to newer Hampton Inns, although the rooms are a bit on the smaller side (when compared to newer Hampton Inns). The location is convenient, right by a major NW Chicagoland highway that can take you straight into Chicago or out toward Rockford (or Wisconsin). There is food and a mall down the street.

We chose this location for the pool and hot tub, neither was working. Some of the hot food tasted awful.

We stayed here for a wedding in town. It did the trick. Nothing fancy but everything we needed. Reasonable price, clean and good breakfast. Would stay there again.

The pool was closed for renovations. We had 2 little boys that were very disappointed. The hot breakfast was very good.

Thank you for taking the time to respond to the survey, your feedback is very important to us. As was stated at check in we are going through some slight renovations, we apologize for the unsightly areas within the lobby. Hopefully you will get a chance to come see us after all is complete and see and experience a much nicer stay.
