Loved that this hotel had easy access to the I-10. We stayed here for Thanksgiving weekend and needed a place close to family. Shopping and dining was just a short drive away. Hotel room was clean, they have a nice area for dogs to do their business, and everyone up front was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy and had fresh sheets. We enjoyed our stay.

I think Orbitz is trying to get people killed or kidnapped by booking rooms at this hotel. The photos Orbitz and the hotel website show you are not the truth! I took a picture of the shower/bathtub and showed the guy working at the front desk and he said "it's clean! this is just an older hotel that's all". If anyone ever decides to visit El Paso Texas whatever you do don't stay at La Quinta hotel by the airport. The rooms are disgustingly dirty, extremely run down, the pool was half full of dirty water and clearly not functional, the entire building and pool are structurally falling apart, the rooms smell like mold mixed with old stale cigarettes and a hint of dirty prostitute, the walls inside were crumbling like old plaster, there were stains on the floor furniture and bedding, and the room doors didn't even close all the way unless you lock the deadbolt from the inside. It's like they had been kicked in before and never properly repaired. Not to mention all of the sketchy people going in and out of the rooms and hanging out outside. I'm not even joking it was like walking into a real life episode of Narcos. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if some cartel from Ciudad Juarez owned this dump and all of the sketchy people I'm seeing are their sicarios that live here. After seeing 2 disgusting rooms and being totally freaked out I checked out and got a refund from Orbitz.

The place was kind of older but made up for the cummfy bed.

Very inconvenience because don’t have any water heater on the property for three days

lights that did not work. special request to housekeeper who said ok but never followed through for five straight days.

The location was convenient. It does need to be updated and upgraded.

It was a convenient location. However, it needs some repairs to outside and in the rooms. The rooms needs to be cleaned and disinfected better. Room was dusty, screen broken, dirty sheets and still hair on the walls.

No Good

When I check in the workers there was so rude to me it was a bold lady super rude hopullu somebody talk to her to change her attitude she was in the phone the whole time she was more interest it in the phone I think she is the only bold lady there

It was ok. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

idk

Good place to just sleep and stay the night.

Breakfast

Budget friendly. Clean. Close to the airport. Comfy bed. I will stay here again before flying out in the morning.

The images on Orbitz website are not the same as this dirty, nasty hotel. I would NEVER stay in the hotel EVER again.

This place was so run down. There was caution tape everywhere at the entrance so no one could get in. The surroundings looked and felt very unsafe. Will not stay there.
