Staff was very nice. I asked for an easily accessible room for my elderly father. I don’t know if the clerk didn’t understand the layout, but it was dangerously difficult for a 77 year old man with a walker to get to the room. The concrete was not level or smooth, and where he told us to park was further than another spot we found later. The carpets were old and stained, no chairs to sit in. The beds were comfy, the bathroom was clean. The heater knocked and rattled all night, but I was too tired to deal with it. Overall, good location, nice people. Just needs some upgrades and TLC

Rooms where dirty there was a lot of hairs everywhere in the restroom and sink. We had to change rooms and other room was the same with hairs everywhere and we weren’t able to change rooms again because the system over booked so we did not have another option but to stay in the other room.

Staff was very friendly at check in and gave me good directions to my room. This is a sprawling property. The room looked recently updated. The bed was comfortable. The room itself was clean, no odors an a good size. There were a few wear and tear items the needed attending to, such as a sliding closet door that had come off the track. Some stains on the carpet and a few scuffs on the walls.
