The large secure pool has a lifeguard (summer) for the use of the residents.

The apartment has air conditioning, heating, marble floor, luxury carpets, the apartment has all the interior and exterior furniture more comfortable and relaxing.

The master bedroom has a television and a very comfortable 150cm bed, plus a sofa bed for 2 people of very good quality. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker dolce, dishwasher, electric juicer, toaster, blender, etc.
The luxury bathroom, all in perfect condition with glass screen, all like new.
Living room with armchairs, television and everything you need, plus WIFI available.
Very comfortable sofa bed with space for 2 people, so the apartment has room for 4 people in total.

Cot available on request for € 25 per stay to install and remove the appropriate sheets.

Electricity is included (up to € 50 per month) in the rental price, for 2 weeks (€ 25 included). If after reading the meter the consumption is much higher, this consumption will be charged to what rarely happens under normal conditions of use. Until today no tenant has paid an imposition. DO NOT use air conditioning with the windows open.

The tenants receive the apartment very well / clean. Final cleaning of € 60 is required and is paid upon arrival at the key delivery.

NOTE: Starting at 9:00 p.m. and during weekends and holidays (due to being out of the service hours) you must pay € 20 for the delivery of keys.

INFORMATION: Additional / optional charges are not included in the HomeAway price calculation because the "service charge" is increased for tenants. For the benefit of the tenant the owner prefers for this reason, the payment upon arrival.
