There were 3 employees that were fine, the morning clerk, I think another one named Sandy and the hotel maid. The night clerk was rude and careless, the room had roaches and the bathroom was not clean by the time I checked in. He didn't even apologize or care. I will never be back, EVER.

We were looking for a room for one night during MusicFest, and this was one of the few that wasn't sold out a month ahead. It turned out to be a great value and good place to stay. The desk clerk was very personable, and got us checked in quickly. The room was typical, an older one that had been upgraded somewhat. The two issues we experienced were some major cobwebs in the corner, and it seemed that that the bathroom floor was always damp, like something was leaking. The bed was comfortable and clean, the tv wasn't huge, but that was ok. If we had brought all our electronic devices, the lack of USB plugs might have been a concern. Breakfast was standard - waffles ,muffins, cereal, mostly carbs. The best thing about staying here was it was on the shuttle route to the festival grounds. What a great idea, no worries about traffic and parking, and you could enjoy some adult beverages (if you could afford the festival pricing on them!) and not worry about having to drive back to the hotel.

The rooms were large but that is pretty much the best thing about the hotel. The rooms had a a slight damp, musky feeling to them but it wasn't too bad. We did encounter a couple bugs in the bathroom but the cleaning staff sprayed the area for us. One big problem was the wifi. Out of the 6 days we were there, the wifi only worked for three. The rest of the days it either kept cutting off or didn't work at all.

Friendly staff, comfortable room with all the things you need, microwave, refig and internet. Good location close to stores and restaurants.

Do not book this hotel based on the pictures. They are out of date and not true representatives of the facilities as they stand now. We only stayed one night, which was okay, but the room was semi clean (used shampoo and soap in the shower that was not ours), a dirty towel in the middle of the bathroom floor, etc. The beds were made and the room smelled clean enough. The pool was clean, but there was a party going on in the room beside it and they were in the atrium smoking. I would have complained to the hotel, but a staff member also came in there and smoked so the no smoking sign is obviously not observed. There is a hole in the ceiling in the atrium and while we were there, it was raining through into the pool area. The people in the front seemed nice enough, but it didn't make up for the experience. We will not return to this hotel at all.

Room was clean and the price was right.......OK continental breakfast.....

Sucks as non smoking room stunk of smoke and I believe there was tons of mold in the room as well.

This is a pretty decent hotel. I would definitely stay there again. Location is good, staff are very nice and helpful. Room was no smoking but it had a stale odor of a smoking room, but it was bearable.

My 6 yr old grandson loved the pool. The desk clerk gave us a room right down from the pool. I liked not haveing to go outside to the pool or the restaurant since it was just my grandson & myself on this trip. I also liked the location right off the highway, very easy to find.

Thank you giving your feedback about your recent experience in our hotel. It is sad however that you were uncomfortable in the room you stayed in finding finding the cleanliness under par. Please do inform our front desk of your concerns when you visit us again. Our staff on duty will do their best to rectify issues to ensure our guests’ comfort.
