Built to guarantee privacy , 3 levels! First level : 1 bedroom, 1bathroom, living room, kitchen and lounge terrace, close to the swimming pool.



Second level : big living room, big kitchen, hall, toilet, wonderful terrace for dining with fantastic sea view.



Third level : 4 bedrooms with double bed (the double beds are 2 single beds pushed together making king beds), 2 with private bathrooms (one with a whirlpool with sea view) and own entrance to a terrace. 1 bathroom extra.





Electricity; included is 30 Kw usage per day, an additional charge applies for extra consumption.

What a luxury! comfortable beds, bathrooms, space etc. We often went to the beautiful beach of Villajoyosa (at about 15 mins by car). Satisfying how the rental managers Ferdinand and Elke serviced us. Helpfull and friendly. We would love to buy the house or just come back again soon!

Pros: Bij aankomst in Alicante worden we aan de villa opgewacht door de beheerder Ferdinand. Na een korte rondleiding kunnen we echt bevestigen zo mooi het op de foto's was, zo mooi is de villa in het echt. We gaan met 4 koppels mijn verjaardag vieren en de villa is meer dan ruim genoeg. 4 ruime slaapkamers, elk koppel haar eigen badkamer. Verschillende terrassen om te ontbijten en lunchen. De kamers zijn voorzien van rolluiken, wat heerlijk rustig slapen is. De keuken is mooi voorzien met een mega groot vuur en oven. Meer dan voldoende servies voorhanden. We kunnen zeker villa mina aanraden, ik kan geen enkele tekortkoming bedenken. En heb je een vraag, dan staat Ferdinand voor je klaar met raad en daad. Dankje Ferdinand voor het warme ontvangst.
