This hotel was exceptionally clean, modern facilities, cosy fire when you come in in a beautiful lounge area. Very close to all the restaurants and shopping, easy parking. 100% would return.

Do not recommend

This hotel does not look like the pictures, it is very outdated and old. It is not well maintained at all, floors, bed, wall, pipes all dated and not in goood conditions. I do NOT recommend this hotel at all. They must invest on major renovations on the interior of the rooms. The hotel only "looks" good from outside.

It was not what I expected

I booked this hotel because it has great reviews. The pictures made it look like a cozy place. While it has a great location, I was disappointed with the room. The mattresses were so old that were sinking. The room was tight. I was traveling with my husband and my son so I was expected a nicer and more comfortable room. I would recommend the hotel to do some serious upgrades to the rooms and/or at least invest in new beds. We stayed an extra night in Calafate, and we decided to go to another hotel where for 100$ extra we got more space and comfortable beds with the same good location.

We only stayed one night. Rooms are ok with nice bathrooms. There is a kettle in the room but no mugs or tea / coffee (unusual in Argentina). There is very little in the way of sound proofing. The bathroom noise from other rooms was so loud. Some women were talking outside my room until very late at night! It was so loud it was like they were in the room. Breakfast was ok except for serving orange squash instead of juice

Basic hotel with few amenities. Ok for price. Comfortable room with updated bathroom, but thin carpets need updating. Good breakfast. We didnt try dinner. Good location 2 blocks from the main street. Walkable to town, bird sanctuary, and shuttle bus to interesting glacier museum just West of town. Staff was helpful in arranging transportation to Perito Merino glacier (must see) and airport. Tour buses to Torres del Paine and El Chalten stop at the hotel.

Bom hotel. Funcionários atenciosos e solícitos, sempre prontos a atender da melhor forma. Quartos de tamanho padrão e comodidades que atendem bem as necessidades. Roupas de cama e banho bem conservadas, limpas e higienizadas. O café da manhã é muito bom e farto e também possui um bom restaurante com serviços a la carte. Há um ponto de melhoria importante, que são os colchões. São de molas e apresentam deformidades e irregularidades que já não propiciam o conforto necessário para um bom descanso, indicando a necessidade de reposição.
