2 Points:- I accidentally slightly ripped a bed sheet. I didn't try and hide it but reported it to the manager and was happy to pay for it. However total rip off from the manager when he charged me some $30 for a basic sheet which should have cost some $5 - $10. I paid as didn't want any issues. Secondly, as VIP hotel I was entitled to a free bottle of spirits. This never happened and I wonder how you manage this so called perk or is it a sales pitch. So, I was some $40 out of pocket for this stay. Not impressed considering the business I've done with Expedia over the years

The room is quite small and mattresses for single beds seem to be made of light foam. Not super comfortable and the pillow is super flat. The walls are paper thin too. Breakfast was sub-par. We had a better breakfast at another b&b of similar price.

This hotel is a nice inexpensive option for a room that we needed to stay at for 1 night as we had traveled from El Chalten after hiking Fitz Roy. Staff was really helpful with check-in and everything we needed. Even offered to help carry luggage upstairs. Hotel is not really downtown and requires a car to go out to eat etc (5 minutes drive). The night we stayed it was really windy and we could hear the wind howling around our bathroom window. No worries, as we were really tired and slept through the wind. Hotel had a nice simple breakfast laid out when we took our luggage down the stairs (no elevator). We did not eat breakfast as we were headed to the airport, but it looked to be fairly good. If you have a car you can easily get to downtown, but if not you will need transportation to eat or shop in the downtown area. For our purposes the hotel was an excellent economical option.

This is not fit for humans I understand that this is a HOSTAL not HOTEL even then there are basic things that must be provided. Let me lay out the problems and I’ve posted pics and video - The roof had a huge patch of mildew right above the headboard of the bed. The woman Ingrid said they were full and couldn’t do anything about it - The doorknob and lock seemed it could come off with one jerk - The shower curtain was loose almost about to come off - They couldn’t even print my boarding card for me at the reception This is too dirty and inefficient. I’m not sure how they are getting high marks
