Modern hotel on Lake Argentina

Rooms are clean, modern, and large, but the bathroom was small and cramped. Wifi was poor when we were there, but it apparently was an issue with the provider so it might be better other times? Breakfast had a lot of options. Laundry is hilariously expensive. Location is beautiful.

Great hotel! The service was excellent! The food, the location, the views, the cleanliness, and the best of all was the service from the front desk, to the waiters and cleaning staff. Definitely recommend this place!

Lovely hotel, helpful staff. Our room was a little noisy (on main floor, near elevator and restaurant) so we asked to move. Second room on upper floor was very quiet.

There was a mixup with hotel.com. We had organised and paid for a Superior room and was given a Standard room. We were unable to rectify the issue. Other than that the hotel was efficient and helpful and a reasonable place to stay.

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel maybe 4. Some rooms are sub par. Breakfast is basic. Toiletries are basic, hair fan weak. Staff is nice. Pool and Spa OK but small.

Serenity

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and had a garden view. It was on the ground floor and next to a trail so you don’t have a lot of privacy. The hotel had classic and modern decor, which was quite nice. Had food at both restaurants on the venue - there were decent but slightly overpriced. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet even though it was the same spread daily but the view from the restaurant was peaceful and serene. The hotel also provided a shuttle to Calafate town which was really great otherwise it’d be a 25 min walk to town. Overall we had a great time!

The hotel is in a good and convinient location. We had a room with a view of the lake which was lovely. The food is mediocre but they charge prices as it would be a five star restaurant. I suggest you don’t eat there. There are increíble restaurants in town. In addition the service at the restaurant is poor.

Bad Internet service and electricity issues -AC didn’t run till 1130 pm on day 1 Room service pathetic - needed to call them 2-3 times for everything such as a kettle, plates, or even for AC service We went and got it ourselves on most occasions Door won’t get locked on its own so can’t say it was safe Too much noise and music from the restaurant - we were given a room next to restaurant Basic toiletries not kept on second day The room decor and furniture and everything else was very dated They are barely a 3-star hotel; not sure why they even claim them selves to be 5-star. Expedia should not put a 5-star rating to them
