This cozy vacation home is located about 200 meters from the North Sea beach and in Egmond aan Zee. This unique location offers you the ideal vacation. The vacation home has been carefully furnished by the owner and is fully equipped. The center is a 10-minute walk away. There you will find many cozy restaurants and stores. You can reach the boulevard on foot. Due to the fenced garden, your pet can move freely and you can retire with coffee on the terrace. The many walking trails through the dunes of Egmond aan Zee are also highly recommended.

Egmond aan Zee is one of the most famous seaside resorts in North Holland. However, besides sun, sea and beach, this place offers much more. Visit the Egmond Abbey (5 km) and take a walk through the historic village of Egmond aan den Hoef. In this village you can admire the castle ruins, the castle chapel and typical farmhouses.
