Charming restored church. The advertisement for this property didn't do it justice. Will certainly return next time we're in the area.
I was disappointed that recycling bins weren't available for water bottles and aluminum cans. Breakfast was a bit disappointing but then I understand since there isn't a fully functioning kitchen. Other than that, it was a lovely place to stay.

Beautiful old church fully restored into a bnb. Stained glass accents and lots of tlc went i to this place. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
The McGrady Inn was built as a church in the early 1920s and was lovingly restored as an inn a few years ago. The rooms are a little small and plain, but they're comfortable and the rest of the inn more than makes up for it. The kitchen area is modern and well-equipped, the TV area has comfortable furniture and a 50" television, and other sitting areas are comfortable, with lots of natural light from the windows all around the building. Breakfast is continental, but that's OK--my wife and I usually just eat fruit and yogurt in the morning anyway. It's a quiet, relaxing place to stay, and we're really glad we chose the McGrady Inn over the other local hotel/motel chains.

Thanks for the 5 stars, but 'm so sorry that you were disappointed in the breakfast. I go over the breakfast options when you arrive and it is on our website as well. We don't have a food license because it requires us to have a totally separate kitchen and we just don't have the room to put in an additional kitchen. We are just a small Inn that serves a continental breakfast for those who choose to have breakfast. We have found that most people just want the coffee.
