Yoğunluk sebebiyle magdur olan musteriler

Üç arkadas uc kisilik suit oda rezervasyon yaptık. Ancak otele gittigimizde uzun bir rezervasyon kuyrugunun ardindan resepsiyonist bize odamizda bir cift kisilik yatak iki de kanepe oldugunu ucuncu kisi icin ek yatak isteyip istemedigimizi sordu? Sormasi bile hadsizlikken tabiki de istedigimizi zaten bu yuzden uc kisilik oda istedigimizi söyledim. Bu sirada yatak icin odadayken 5 kez falan aradiktan sonra giris saatimizden 6 saat sonra yatak geldi. Termal otelde odada bulundugu yazan bornozlarımız yokru. İstedigimizde tabiki onlar da bes saat sonr abiz odada yokken gelmis. Biz kucuk banyo havlulariyla termal alanina gitmek zorunda kaldik. Bu sirada kimse size termal bina nerde fiyata neler dahil anlatmiyor. Mesela bone takmak zorunluymus alanda bunu bize hem soylemiyorlar hem de para verip almak zorunda kaliyorsunuz. Zaten termal binasi ayri bi uerde ve islak islak kendi binaniza yurumek zorunda kaliyosunuz. İslak yuruyosunu cunku kalabaliktan sac kurutacak ya da giyinecek bi alan bulamiyorsunuz. Binalar arasinda gecit gibi koridorlar olmali. Heryer sicak olmaliydi. Aksam yine resepsiyondan biseyler istemek için ararik ve bingo 20.00-22.00 arasi kimse telefonlari acmadi. Yogundur die dusunup sonunda asagiya indik fakat bombostu. Bunun disinda odalar temiz calisanlar ilgili restoran ve yemekler temiz nezih bol çeşit var. Acik bufe zaten ama Bir daha bu oteli tercih eder miyim? Asla.

İş seyahahetine uygun mu?

Otelin genel olarak temizliği iyi idi. Termal otel olduğu için müşteri tipi ve beklentiler benimkinden farklı olabilir. İki gece konaklama amacı için kullandım. Bu amaca uygun olmadığını belirtmem gerekir. Mesela günlük havlu yemilemesi ve temizlik yoktu. Bir şansızlıkta telefon santralleri bozuktu ve resepsiyona ulaşmak imkansızdı. Tabii internette yoktu. Sonra internette gelse de bağlantı kullanılmayacak kadar kötü idi. İş için uygun değildi demek lazım. Emin olamadığım bir başka konu da odadaki termal suyun tam ve katıksız termel olup olmadığıdır. Termal için gitmesemde başka termal otellerdeki ve hatta komşuları bir oteldeki deneyimim suyun daha sıcak ve hafif kükürt kokması gerektiği şeklindedir. Burada su çok ılık ve hiç kokusu yoktu. Sanki sulandırılmış idi. Diğer hizmetlerini denemediğim için bir fikir edinemedim.

Otelde tam bir karmaşa var, denize servisi yakalamak zor. hiç kimse hiç bir şeyle ilgilenmiyor. odalara giriş 16'da çıkış için saat 11'de aradılar hazırlanın diye. otoparkta yer bulmak mümkün değil.

Otelin bina içi temizliği kötü durumdaydı. Saç birikintileri kolaylıkla görülebiliyordu. Yine aynı şekilde banyo içinde kullanılmış bir vileda bırakılmış ve banyo genel temizliği çok iyi değildi. Buna rağmen otelin dış mekan temizliği fena sayılmazdı.Otoparklar yeterli sayıda değildi. Otelin havuzları yeterli ve sıcaklıkları iyiydi. Restorandaki yemekler vasat sayılabilir. Genel itibari ile otelin konumu ve sadece havuz kullanım amacıyla konakladığımız için ihtiyacımızı karşılasa da çok memnun kalmadık. Otelin en büyük artısı ise içinde barındırdığı süpermarketi.

Bu kadar kötü otel olmaz.

Otel beş yıldızlı gözüküyor 5 yıldızlı bir otel değil. Devre tatil mekanı, olsa olsa 3 yıldız. Klimalar, telefonlar, saç kurutma makinesi hiçbir şey çalışmıyordu. Odalarda havlu, duş jeli yoktu, çağırmak için telefon etmeye çalıştık telefonlar bozuktu, cepten aradık ulaşamadık. Balkon kapılarının da odanın kapısının da kilitleri bozuktu, güvenlik endişesi yaşadık. Akşam yemeği de kahvaltı da inanılmaz kötüydü. Kocaman bir katta, belki tek katta 50 odanın olduğu bir katta tek asansör var, müthiş bir hata. Otopark sıkıntısı var. Herşeyin bu Kadar kötü olduğu bir yere ilk defa rastladık. Bu oteli beş yıldızlı gösteren, yüksek puan gösteren sitenize de güvenimiz kalmadı aile olarak. Biz sık tatile çıkan ve hep internetten rezervasyon yapan geniş bir aileyiz. Bu şartlar altında Bir daha sizin siteden rezervasyon yapmayacağız diye düşünüyorum.
