The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.
2. Complete ID verification All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.
3. Provide a Security Deposit A refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules.

If there is evidence of a party happening at the property, the booking will be immediately canceled and no refunds shall be given. A fee of $1,000 will be applied.
- Guest`s account must have a verified direct phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to reservation. If host cannot directly contact guest on their phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to it beginning.
- No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $1,000 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property.
- The maximum occupancy on this property is 4 people. Any additional guests that arrive without permission will be vacated off the property for trespassing. All guests must be declared on the reservation. Any unregistered guests will be charged a $40 additional guest fee per person.
- Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure.
- Late check-out fee of $50 will be applied if you have not vacated the property 30 minutes after 11 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate of $90, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations.
- Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.

This is a great location. It's a $12 uber ride to the arena and is cheaper than parking. central to all amenities and would definitely stay again.

The property is EXACTLY what it looks like on the photos. 4.5/5 for cleanliness5/5 for comfort 5/5 for location They had everything you needed including a very comfy bed. Communication with Terra was nothing short of amazing. She was fast and responsive and they made every effort to make sure we were comfortable there. Great location too. Everything was so close! Overall, it was great and I would hands down stay at this property again. It really was like home away from home.
