The room was spotless, and the staff were courteous. However, there were a couple of small issues. The common areas were not as clean as the rooms. Also I had issues with the HVAC in my room. It was extremely hot in the room, despite setting the Thermostat to 18C. The solution provided by maintenance was to turn off the HVAC system in the room and open the patio door.

Excellent service, great location, clean hotel. The room temperature/thermostat could not be adjusted to cool the room and unfortunately the window was jammed shut due to a screwed in wood jam that the hotel placed for security I assume. This is the second stay where the room temperature could not be controlled.

Staff were friendly and courteous. They didn’t have the original room that we booked available so they did upgrade us to a room with a fireplace and comped us some wine. However the fireplace wasn’t working and maintenance had already left for the day so couldn’t fix it. So that was disappointing. Other than that rooms were clean and quiet.
