You couldn't fault the apartment, super clean and breakfast was great value . Only issue was the door fob didn't work and staff where great in dealing with the issue and couldn't do enough for us nothing was to much for them .

Reception staff were very helpful on arrival with suggestions on sites. The room was very clean and modern. The bed is extremely comfortable but the mind your head sign could be helped with a bumper on the corner. The sign doesn't mean I'll remember when I wake up. Bathroom is a bit on the small side but very happy with how clean it was. This room was relatively quiet compared to other reviews. 2 fire alarms the first 2 days. Luckily, that was it. Occasional door slam. But otherwise, not bad. Complaints about it being a student housing building but it's a different floor so other than the elevator, there's no student noises. All in all, a good place to stay.

The room was fairly nice and modern, The rooms are not particulrly spacious abd the bathroom lets the rest of the room down a little, such a modern apartment with a poor basic bathroom. The loaction is good not too far from old town however the bit i wasnt aware of is that this is just a middle floor of a student block of flats.

Staff were very friendly and apartment was so clean. The bathroom was a lot smaller than expected and can be a struggle showering and moving around in the space. It is very well presented but little things are a let down, poor TV signal (understand unable to help this) smart TV option could work better. The heating you press a button then the radiator will work, radiator would turn off but then unable to press the wall button again.

The staff were really attentive and efficient. The location was near several restaurants, pubs, and shopping. The walls and the doors are extremely well insulated so you can’t hear anything from the neighbors. A fan was also provided. Overall a great location.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at KM Apartments! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The apartment was spotless, modern, and exceptionally comfortable — everything was thoughtfully provided, from kitchen essentials to fluffy towels and great Wi-Fi. The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Edinburgh, just a short walk to the Royal Mile, Holyrood Park, and great cafes and restaurants. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. We especially loved how quiet and peaceful it was at night, despite being so central. The bed was super comfortable, and we slept wonderfully every night. Overall, KM Apartments exceeded our expectations in every way. We’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Edinburgh, whether for a weekend getaway or a longer stay. We’ll definitely be back!

When we arrived there was a very strange odour. We went to the front desk and the brought in an essential oil reed sticks. It didn't really help but I appreciated the effort. It would have been nice to know that the rooms were actually a part of the dorms. We probably would not have stayed here. Our room was the farthest possible spot!! The layout was also very strange. It was basically 3 levels. The entry floor held the washroom which emitted a horrible odour. To the right you go up 4 stairs and there was a desk with a chair. then down the stair a queen bed in the cubby and a pull out sofa. There was a table and chairs and a decent kitchen. The model I thought I booked had the bed on the second level. so basically the second level was useless and 4 of us were on main level. It was tight.Apart for that it was spotless. Was it worth the cost? Probably not. Would I stay again. Probably not.

The property is in a run-down area which is not easily accessible, has no amenities nearby etc. it gives an eerie feeling. We had two bookings - the first one my wife and daughter checked out on the first day and I had to cancel the second booking.

The apartment was very small for 4 people and airless! Very noisy neighbourhood and lots of bus stops outside window 24hours! You had to walk through a maze of corridors to get to it or out of it!

The property is in an amazing location and was perfect for our family. The negative is that the location is very loud, and was under construction. I would absolutely go back but just wanted to make sure folks know how loud it was. The staff were great as well.

Really high spec apartment with everything you need and excellent location. Less than 10 minutes from the Royal Mile and 2 minutes from the shops. Perfect for our three night trip.
