The Museum Apartments is in a very central location in the heart of Edinburgh and around the corner from the Royal Mile. The apartment was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities needed for us to feel comfortable. Communication with the management team was excellent - I had a few questions about appliances which were answered immediately.

Large and comfortable space in great location

Run like a hotel but with the feel of an apartment rental. This was the perfect stay. There was a ton of space, a laundry machine inside the apartment and the location was perfect!

Nice amenities, shower was super, kitchen very workable, super quiet building, neutral furnishings, spacious enough, nice high ceilings. Didn’t have pre warning about lots of stairs to get to unit, courtyard was lit up all nite and metal blinds let light in all nite. Sleep masks provided but I cannot wear them so had light in bedroom at nite. Had issue with heating, didn’t work properly but they eventually sent a tech over and issue got resolved after a cold day. The company was good in acknowledging this and made it right for us. I would stay there again without question,…knowing the company handled the heating issue well.

Walkable home away from home in Old town Edinburgh

The apartment was so convenient and walkable to all the main sites. It was also quiet even though outside was very noisy during the festival. It was like a home away from home.

Perfect location for a 3 day trip in Edinburgh

The location is so good for walking around Old Town. Bus stop right on Chambers Street. Right across the street from the museum. Grocery down the street and around the corner. Many, many pubs and restaurants near by. Small things like only 2 towels provided initially , walls that need repainted and blinds that are not room darkening were not a major issue for us. Excellent communication back and forth with site with any questions.

You absolutely cannot beat the area of this property. It’s so central to all the spots you want to visit in Old Town, and is only a 16 minute walk to New Town. One of the absolute best parts of this booking was the inclusion of laundry - we wouldn’t have made it through our vacation without it!

This is a wonderful place to stay! Located very close to all the must-see areas of Old Town and New Town, it’s walkability was amazing. The room was very clean, had all amenities we needed, and the communication with staff was quick and kind. Highly recommend this apartment if you’re staying in the heart of Edinburgh.

Location of this apartment is convenient, close to hop-on hop-off stops, but I would not rent this apartment again because it has no AC and windows overlook the roadway. If you decide to open windows to get fresh air you cannot sleep because of very loud noise from the street.

My wife and I spent three nights in Edinburgh as part of a month long trip and chose this property based on its location and that it had a washer for us to do our laundry. It’s a great apartment, location can’t be beat , we were very pleased and felt right at home.

Excellent property in a perfect locale to see old Edinburgh. Although there is no onsite staff (they are apartments) checkin was smooth and any issues we had were addressed. Communication was via email and they were very helpful. No parking. No air conditioning.

Amazing location! Only a little disappointed that I booked a courtyard view apartment to only see another brick wall from the other building. I also had issues with delayed communication from the prop. The WiFi is non existent so don't plan to work or stream. Great recommendations though on what to see and do around the apartment.
