Night reception staff and barman brilliant. Why on earth are they not on through the day. Daytime receptionist not fit for job. No water at all in room. Room not ready, no luggage storage no one to serve at bar while waiting for room. Computer not working on reception.

You get what you pay for! Smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night. No hot water in the morning. The lift wasn’t working on departure

The staff were friendly and helpful, and they had a locked baggage room. The carpet in our room wasnt the cleanest and there were coffee granules on the chair. The bed wasn't the most comfortable. It did the job as a very short cheap stay but wouldn't stay for longer than a few days.

Some kind of alarm was going on half night, couldn’t sleep at all! Then water disappeared, hence toilet and shower didn’t work. We had an early flight and couldn’t use any basic necessities. We didn’t rest before the flight at all. I’m requesting a full refund. If it’s granted, I’ll update my review

The worst hotel we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in many over the years! It was dirty, shabby and outdated and the customer service of staff is non existent. Never ever again and I pity anyone staying in this hell hole. Moving onto another hotel to get a shower as we wouldn’t take our shoes off in the disgusting bathroom! AVOID at all costs!
