This is the type of hotel you’d need for getting your head down, nothing more. Very run down hotel and needs a complete upgrade. I’d say it was a 2*, double bed in room however only one chair, wooded floors in bedroom above and every step or creak heard, no room service during our four day stay except to asking if any essentials needed. There are plenty of hotels around with little extra money. The staff were very helpful and there is ample car parking.

Bedroom was lovely and clean. But there were stains from tooth paste behind mirror on shelf. And shower drain was dirty and could do with a good clean. On checking out staff did not ask for feedback or even ask hiw our stay was. Bar was okay but mostly locals not anyone staying.

Small lodge hotel, the room I had was a 2 star in comparison to other hotels I stay at. Very loud up till 11pm with the pool table being right next to the room in the bar. The food in the restaurant in the evenings was really good. Breakfast was average. The staff were friendly and helpful.
