First time staying in an 'aparthotel' and it didn't disappoint. Our apartment had plenty of room and was very comfortable. Happy to have a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, ironing board etc included. Bathroom great and bed very comfortable. Good location near to several bus stops and Tesco. We have no complaints and would stay again.

This was a very nice alternative to the hotel I stayed in prior. The apartment has everything you need to wash clothes, do dishes, eat meals, and have groceries. The location is perfect with walking to city centre and also the Haymarket in the other direction. There are lots of restaurants and pubs, shopping, massage, and cinemas nearby. The floors were a bit creaky on the fourth floor and I felt for those below me a bit but never received any complaints. It's set far enough from Lothian Road you don't have noisy traffic or late night sound from the streets, had everything except a way to charge USB devices in the room although they say they have adapters for purchase at reception. I brought my own so I was o.k. Also I arrived quite a bit before check-in but they were more than happy to keep my luggage for me in a secure place. Friendly service at reception for Check-in

Beautiful 2 bed room apartment with all the facilities such as washing machine, toiletries, towels. TV, Coffee, dish washer, safe for valuables. There was even a big black book which contained all the details about the apartment and also shopping areas, places to visit, restaurants in the city. Upon arrival, we noticed hair dryer was missing but all we had to do was make a call to the reception to get it. Do not forget to check the inventory as soon as u check in because if something is missing and u do not inform the person at the reception, the amount would be deducted from your deposit. 2 things to be kept in mind while booking 1) bath tubs are very slippery so pls ask for a rubber mat 2) the floor shakes quite often and you would feel everything around you is spinning (we were on the top floor) but I think that's because Edinburgh is a hilly city.

I really loved my apartment. - It was big (living room, kitchen, two rooms, bathroom, 3 wardrobes), well-furnished (oven, microwave, kettle, fridge, cooking station, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, iron), clean, and modern. All the appliances were quite new. - They changed the bed sheets once, and the towels daily. - The staff was kind and competent. - Free wifi and free parking spaces on the road.

Me and my girlfriend recently had a weekend stay in Edinburgh and stayed with Fountain Court apartments. The major plus side to these apartments is its location. You are only a 10 minute walk to Princes Street and are surrounded with options for food and drink. However I must say that the apartment itself was wildly overpriced, We paid £260 for what can only be described as a box flat. The apartment had 3 rooms all within approx 2 yards of each other. I can acknowledge that it was spotless however i feel like they should be charging half of what they did.

Arrived at the apartments late Fri evening ( 8/9/17) allocated room 101! On arrival all fine, fridge drip tray was full of water and mould ! Called reception as water spilled all over the floor ! It was quickly dealt with , no hot water on the Sunday, maintaince called and prob was fixed !overall had a good stay, cozy apartment and 10 min walk to central Edinburgh! The apartment was very dated and we were on ground level and felt curtains had to be constantly closed as non screens or blinds and the windows in the path of the car park , although we enjoyed our stay I would choose to stay more central as we have done previously for less money and more luxury , maybe just the fact we were on ground level, think the upper flats may have been more private 😊

We almost stayed a whole week; very well located with equipment enough for a mid size family; facilities could be improved (furniture for example) however it was a pleasant stay, not noisy and it was easy and accessible location for public transportation (Lothian buses)

Took a last minute trip to the festival and found this apartment met our needs adequately. Enjoyed having four rooms so to speak, nice little kitchen and nice enough bathroom. The carpet was really dirty and old and the bed quite lumpy and bumpy and both need updating to make this a standard we would choose readily again.

Just returned following a three night stay. Stayed in a two bedroomed apartment no complaints, cleanliness maintained by pleasant staff offered to clean apartment every day. Reception staff very friendly and helpful good location near public transport and approx 10 min walk from centre of town.

A very good base for Edinburgh west end and city centre. Very comfortable for all ages.(9yrs to 86yrs) Comfortable beds and ideal cooking facilities. My family will definitely be staying again on future family reunions.
