This property was amazing, even though it was just my the two of us this home could easily handle a big family. Everything was clean and tidy the kitchen was well stocked for making meals, there was a slight mildew smell upon entering but after a few minutes you don't notice it. The dock and boat slip were in easy walking distance from the home. You could easily fish from the dock if you wanted it was too cold to swim but the water would be nice on a hot day. Shopping was a bit scarce in the immediate area but there were several stores within in a 30 min drive. All in all we enjoyed our stay and will definately stay again.

Beautiful location on the lake. We loved the views from the dock as well as inside on the porch. The house came with everything we needed for cooking. We enjoyed using the Kayaks which was a plus! It was a great trip to get away for the weekend and relax. The house did have a strong mildew smell and the sliding doors on the back porch had a lot of cobwebs that could have been cleaned up to make the views even better.

We had a wonderful stay. Hosts notified us in advance of a minor issue during our stay and were very responsive when we had an issue arise. Beautiful views and a comfortable place to enjoy even a rainy day.

Everything was great, the house is very well stocked for any needs you could want, there’s plenty of room for many guest. Amazing location on the lake. The only concern I could notice was a moldy smell at the rear or the house (master bedroom), I believe there’s a leak that is causing the smell to be so intense. But again this is a great house for a very fair deal, I would definitely stay there again if the smell can be conquered as my family has bad breathing conditions

Great location on the lake, nice private yard for the dog, it was just the two of us and the dog. Great kitchen stocked with everything you need. Really nicely decorated with many books, games and puzzles. Not a speck of dirt anywhere in the house, very very clean! Thanks for a great vacation!

We loved the stay they only negative was the MASSIVE amounts of bugs. We could not utilize fire pit at all. I have actually never seen that many bugs before. They were not mosquitos, they were something else, but it scared all of us lol once you got to the water it was fine.

Quiet relaxing jump in the lake kinda place

Absolutely fantastic for a family vacation. Lots of space in the house, super clean, kitchen had everything you’d need, and the lake just a few steps out the back door. Truly nothing around to do until you head about 30 minutes to adorable downtown Littleton.

Gaston Lake-Big Water

We loved the location of the house and it’s Big Water views. The backyard with the boat dock and Fire Pit ring of chairs made outside time there very enjoyable. We also spent all indoor time in the Sunroom looking out over the water. The house has a poor layout with folks staying in the Lg Bedroom having to pass through a bedroom to get to the living spaces. We had an issue with some appliances but we let the owner know so the issues should be addressed.

The large sun room was everyone’s favorite place. It was an easy walk to the dock. Kitchen was VERY well stocked with EVERYTHING you could need. House was much bigger than expected. Neighborhood was good for long walks or bike riding. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Beautiful location

This waterfront property has gorgeous views of the water out the sun room windows. While in a rural setting, there are great restaurant options in the area. The only note to potential renters is there is much carpet in the house.

Fishing Getaway

The view of lake from the house is amazing. The house was very comfortable, well stocked and relaxing. We caught lots of fish from the dock. It is also a great area to kayak around. Communication with property manager was easy and timely. We had a great time and will be back soon.
