This 32m² apartment is ideally located in the heart of the Gourette resort, on the 6th floor of a building with an elevator.

The living room includes a sofa bed for two people, a television, and opens onto a balcony with beautiful mountain views.

The kitchenette is equipped with a combination ceramic hob/oven/dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric coffee maker, and toaster.

In the entrance hall, you will find an alcove with four bunk beds (90x190cm) and a shower room with a separate toilet.

Access to the central terrace of the Esplanade du Valentin will be prohibited (due to construction work on the covered parking). Access to the building entrances and shops is possible via a designated access road.

Appartement vieillissant.

Merci pour l acceuil et la réactivité de l agence. Malgré tout au vu du prix par jour, l appartement est vieillissant. Problème de radiateur qui ne fonctionne pas a l entrée et un seul radiateur central avec l impossibilité de monter la température. (Robinet thermostatique sorti).
