Lovely Eastham Cottage with Private Back Yard (2217)
This cottage is close to the restaurants, shopping, and beaches of Orleans or in the other direction, enjoy the dining or beaches of Eastham! Situated in the back of this condo association, this cottage affords a great private back yard space. It has outdoor dining, both gas and charcoal grills, and an outdoor shower. Enter the cottage via the front door and step into the family room which holds a couch, a small table with chairs, and a 24"TV. The two bedrooms (one with a double, one with two twin beds and one pull out twin trundle) are on either side of the family room. To the back of the cottage is a full bathroom, a kitchen with gas stove, and a GREAT three season relaxation room. There is parking for two cars. Escape main stream life in this simplistic yet cozy cottage! Please be prepared with a mobile hot spot as there is no Wi-Fi at this is cottage. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and an ironing board.
