The property was very old but well maintained, We had different front desk people during our stay, two of three were great the third barely acknowledge us when we checked out.
The room was clean, balcony view was nice, but bathroom was small. There was lights bulbs that were out and light switches that didn't. over all it was a nice stay if you like being down in the French quarter.

Such a sweet hotel in uptown, right on Magazine with cool shops and restos surrounding. The southern charm is rampant. Amazing art collection. Gorgeous decor - colours, textures and style. Spent the whole day by the pool enjoying the muggy Nola sun in comfort. Loved it and will definitely stay again.

Staff was wonderful room was perfect, Pool was not working was disappointed and also web site stated a continental breakfast was included was never offered it. Otherwise the the hotel was good.
