The hotel is convenient and getting to places like the central station

I think this hotel is the worth the money. The only thing that kept me from rating this hotel with a 5 star is the small lobby. I also wished the receptionists had a way to communicate with me once my room became available, considering that I arrive earlier than the checkin time

Good place to stay on a budget, walk to place's to eat and 5 minute walk to subway station. 10 minute drive to airport, the hotel can order a drop off service to the airport. Hotel don't have a restaurant but a Japanese restaurant is apart of the hotel. Have to request room service, nice, clean and safe hotel to stay in.

We went in Dec/Jan 2020/2021. Honestly I thought given is Novotel brand it would be much better as other Novotel locations but it wasn't. There were a lot of renovations, gym was closed, spa closed, sauna not working, you still had to paid for parking at the hotel (never in another hotel we had to paid for parking). The pool was so cold! Is not heated and its not really on the beach, you still need to walk cross the street to get there. The rooms were ok but there is not microwave but at least theres a fridge. Also theres no kids club or area for small children, some hotels normally have this area and here it was empty. Overall is ok but not what we paid for, definitely wont be staying here again.
