This two year old property was about the best bargain in hotel stays. Mind you, not. “Luxury hotel.” No swimming pool. But, clean, quiet and very nice staff. I haven’t been in a cleaner hotel. The family vets literally shined. Towels were thin as compared to luxury hotels but they were lean, plentiful and absorbent. It had a two electric cooktop burners. A full size refrigerator (with freezer), a regular sized microwave and coffeemaker. All spotless. A TV in the room. Can’t say enough about this hotel. Best I’ve been in in a long time.

Staff very helpful and nice. Low occupancy of hotel assured quiet and surround area is very open and vacant so a bit spooky but quiet. Train track about 500 yards away but only used during day. Plenty of snacks available in lobby. Computer available for use in lobby if needed, however cannot print ticket or boarding passes as patreons keep breaking the computer. Did not use laundry though one is available. Rather isolated from other venues so one must drive several miles to get to them. Nice restaurant within walking distance but nothing else.
