A newly renovated, 4br-4ba home is a perfect getaway from urban life. Defining features of this mid-century house: big windows & backyard with heated pool, high ceilings, and 2 wood-burning fireplaces. All 4 bedrooms are ideally laid out in separate wings. The eat-in kitchen features brand new appliances. New floors + freshly painted interiors make this home a perfect rental opportunity. Situated on 1.5 acres on a double lot, the house is 5 minutes from East Hampton Village, and Bay Beaches.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, TVs, linen curtains, and closet space. Mattresses are all brand new memory foam and include parachute home linens.

Outdoor
Situated on 1.5 acres, perched on top of a hill, private driveway with parking space for four cars. It is surrounded by mature trees and vegetation. The pool area includes six chaise lounges, umbrellas, outdoor dining for ten guests, and a large propane grill. Weekly lawn maintenance to keep the backyard clean and monthly tick control service.

***PLEASE NOTE that heating the pool is an extra charge. Pool heat can run anywhere from $100-$200/day depending on your desired temp and the current weather outside and time of year—the final propane tally is to be calculated at the end of your stay.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Brilliant modern design and cozy

This place is brilliantly designed with minimal and tasteful aesthetic. Not only was it a pleasure to stay in, it was ideally located and fully equipped (kitchen, high-end toiletries, luxury bedding etc.) for our week long stay. Furthermore, the landscaping and outdoor furnishing was perfect with several dining and lounging seating options. Overall, the house is spotlessly clean and meticulously designed for maximum relaxation. We would definitely recommend and feel delighted to have found this treasure.
