During check in there was an issue with amenities covered and Dinesh ( manager) made it as my problem. I had to prove him that breakfast was included. No apologies. After much discussion he agreed to add meal services. Well do not trust him. He lied and charged me Rs 6000 additional. I expect this to be refunded to me. When I questioned him he made me feel like a bagger. Worst experience ever. Get everything in writing. Dining staff were nice. Reception was horrible because of untrustworthy Dinesh on this team.
