Over and above what we’ve come to expect when renting from VRBO!This property was the best equipped home we’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, small appliances, spices, and condiments. There were extra towels for the spa and lots of games, books and dvds. Every need has been anticipated and provided for. Extremely clean and well maintained home. It is exactly as shown and then some-a wonderful experience!

Only thing i would suggest is putting a number for power outages in welcome book. We had a power outage and did not know number to call. Would also put address in book with that number as we were in the dark trying to remember and find address of property to report outage.

Check in was extremely easy and we were so kindly allowed to move in a little early which was very helpful! This was a perfect house for our family vacation. The backyard patio was a huge bonus and we used it every day. Beds were very comfortable and there was so much room for our family of five to hang out. The kitchen was stocked, easy to use and there were many thoughtful extras throughout the home. The location was an easy 10 minute drive to downtown and the house was nestled nicely in the woods.

Gorgeous Outdoorsy Spot!!
This was by far my favorite VRBO rental. Everything was thought of... EVERYTHING. The home was warm and cozy, and so relaxing. The backyard patio was our favorite...just sitting outside with nature. We had a few guests....deer and foxes. We loved it! The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows and blankets. The entertainment for the kids was great too ...ping pong, board games, and their own TV watching spot. This is somewhere we'll come back to.

Gorgeous property in a stunning setting. Immaculately clean and perfectly appointed. Feels like you're in the wilderness but Durango is close by. There's an unassuming little market close by that regularly has entertainment...and meals that could be Michelin-rated. This place is a treasure.

Has to be one of the best vacation rentals ever.
One of the stand out things was the excellent ping pong table in a large upstairs room. We loved it. Also, we loved sitting out on the spacious back deck in the evenings. The house, inside and out was high quality, including the wood floor throughout the house, and the air conditioning. I recommend this home to anyone.The only thing that was a bit of a disadvantage was the drive to town, but that was only a 15 minute drive.

Presidents Day Weekend
We had a small group and a short stay at this beautiful Durango property on Florida Road. We arrived immediately after a major snow storm, and we sincerely appreciated that the driveway had been plowed. The property was clean and ready for our arrival. The hot tub was at the appropriate temperature. The house has many useful appliances, utensils and extras. I would strongly recommend this property for multi-family or larger group stays in the area.

My family and I stayed for three nights and we had a wonderful time. The home was wonderfully appointed with all the kitchen equipment, linens, and cleaning accessories one could want. The property is beautiful and frequented by deer and wild turkeys. The deck was a wonderful secluded spot to relax and enjoy the fire table and drinks with friends. The home comes equipped with plenty of board games and baby toys to keep kids of all ages entertained, and we enjoyed running around on the grassy lawn too. Would easily recommend!
