The front desk staff was really great! The coffee was really great, the breakfast was above average (egg white fritt for the win) and the staff was super nice and helpful. Loved this location and would highly recommend for anyone traveling through Durango.

The housekeeping staff were so sweet. We love the staff and seeing them year after year (like John). We were unhappy with the people below us complaining about every little thing (first time ever for us anywhere). Brandon handled it the best he could. Suite rooms were large, clean and had updated bathrooms. Lighting in the room could be improved. Breakfast has good selections and changes every day. We rented 3 rooms and the garbage dispenser broke in in one of the rooms but otherwise stay was uneventful. There was a confusion with our late check out, the lady in the front desk said we could check out by 3 pm but we started getting calls from the hotel to check out at the regular time. Apparently, the lady did not know that check out could only be extended till 2 pm. The hotel however honored our original request to check out at 4 pm.
