Mountain retreat

Wonderful place to stay. It is currently under construction in the area so parking was a little difficult but everything was wonderful other then that!

Awesome place and location

Enjoyed the comfort of the condo and space for the family. Great location with the lift for downhill mountain biking was perfect for my 26 yr old.

Beautiful property, great location

This property was beautiful and very comfortable. Very clean and had everything we needed and more. Great location between Durango and Silverton and directly across from Purgatory ski resorts. I would definitely book again!

We came to ski Purgatory, so location was excellent. Beautiful home, comfortable and roomy. Shuttle was definitely a plus!

Great location

Super convenient location across the slopes. Shuttle can take you up and bring you back. Quiet, spacious condo for a family 4 and extra room.

Perfect Ski Getaway

This property was a located directly across from Purgatory Ski Resort. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything with cookware, cutlery and storage. We highly recommended this property!!

The views of the mountain and the weather was perfect. Our family drove almost 10 hours and since the house was so cozy and comfortable, we were all able to make ourselves at home comfortably. The house instructions were simple and easy to follow. The communication was thorough and friendly. Thank you for a warm and comfortable stay.

Super cute and clean

Such a clean cute home! We stayed in the off season (summer) and loved the views of the lift and the close proximity to the fishing pond. I imagine in the winter the proximity to the lifts is amazing. This home had everything we needed and was spotless. We'd love to stay again someday when the bike park is open, the location can't be beat!

Peaceful and Cozy

We absolutely love staying in this rental! It has a beautiful view of the mountain and is a good midway point between downtown Durango and Silverton. It's also really close to a lot of great hiking trails. The unit itself is very beautiful and has a cozy, welcoming vibe. We will definitely be back here for our next vacation!

Great home right across from Purgatory

This location was perfect for our stay in southern Colorado. The space was clean, spacious, and extremely well appointed. The property management company was extremely communicative and helpful. If we come back to this area again, we’d definitely stay in the future.

Awesome Purgatory Condo

This is a great condo in a beautiful location across the highway from the Purgatory Ski Resort. Unit was clean, well decorated, and well stocked with everything we needed. Balconies and views with the Aspens changing were amazing. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family.

Clean home with easy access to the ski lifts

I would say 5 stars but bring your own pillows. This place is very clean and easy to access the ski runs. You need to create an account on the purgatory app and then you can request a shuttle right to your front door. This was perfect for my family of 4. Everyone had a place to spread out and the living area was just the right size for us. Many more adults and you would be cramped. The bedrooms need new pillows and the middle bedroom needs to replace the fire alarm so it's not beeping. Everything else was great!

Great location for Purgatory!

Great location with convenient shuttle to ski area (5 minutes to arrive and 3 minute drive). We kept our skis at the base so just had to hop on the shuttle. House was great, very clean and comfortable for our group of seven. Nice view of the tubing area and bunny slopes (especially from 2nd floor). End unit is nice with a wrap around porch and good views. Would definitely stay again.

Perfection

Everything was absolutely wonderful! Our family had such a cozy stay and felt right at home with all the amenities we needed. The townhome exceeded our expectations, creating the perfect environment for us to relax and unwind. I especially loved the long hallway with coat hooks by the entrance. Each family member had their own set of hooks, which made it super handy for hanging up our coats and keeping our shoes organized, preventing anyone from tripping over them. Plus, the convenience of the shuttle that took us to and from the resort was a huge bonus. The garage access was fantastic too, giving us extra space to store all our gear. We plan to stay here again in the future!

Excellent and Cozy Townhome - Perfect for winter sports!

We had a wonderful time at this well-appointed and spotless townhome. It had everything we needed! The owners have thought of everything. We were there for a week of snow fun - and it turns out we picked the perfect week as more than 3 feet fell while were there. We could walk to Purgatory (or take the complimentary on-demand shuttle) as well as the Nordic Center (you can buy passes online) and snowshoeing trails. The gas fireplace in the living room, open kitchen and dining area were super for our snowed-in dinners. The entry way is set up for taking off snowy ski or snowshoe boots - nice and open with a big bench. The garage was also a great perk, as was the resort snowcat that cleared the driveway! The owners were very responsive to our few questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and very responsive management

Condo is conveniently located across hwy 550 from purgatory. One of our group wasn't skiing so he could have the skiers at the drop off site right at the base in 1-2 minutes. We did have an issue with the heater not working initially due to heavy snows blocking the flue (so heater was appropriately not turning on as a safety measure) but the management staff were VERY responsive and resolved the issue ASAP. They even docked the price for that first night due to colder than desirable temps in the home, without me having to ask. It's always good when people are willing to do the right thing, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay.

Great place

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this house before Christmas. The views were wonderful and location to lifts and purgatory resort were super convenient. This house had everything we needed. We were right at home and were glad to find nice linens and plenty of towels and supplies. The lay out of the house was great and we had lots of space. Managers were quick to respond and very helpful!
