Nice clean house perfect for families

House was on a quiet street. Open concept in living, dining and kitchen was great for family games and meals. We had amazing weather so utilized the patio and front porch.

It's a lovely home in a great location and very accessible to events in Durango and day trips from Durango as well. We had day trips from the home all the way to the Arches in Moab, Four Corners, Mesa and more. It's a nice place to stay for a few days. The home was well stocked to make it feel like ones home. The only observation I have is it appears the owner has a dog because the bed comforters were covered in dog hair and you can find dog hair throughout the interior of the home (couches, carpet, etc.). Overall a very nice place but I didnt expect to see the dog hair.

Lovely Home

Loved this wonderful home! Spacious and having everything visitors need for a comfortable stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood outside of but close to Durango. Highly recommend.

Extremely PLEASED

We stayed here for our family vacation. I took the time to call the property manager to express how pleased I was with this property. The check in was easy, the response time was good, the house was extremely clean, it was stocked, the mattresses and sheets were comfortable. I would highly recommend this property.

All the Amenities, Close to Town

We loved our stay at the Spring Creek home! We had plenty of space for our three children and appreciated that the kitchen was very well-stocked with cooking utensils and the basics (oils, seasonings, etc.). The home was in excellent condition and was very clean. It was a short drive into town (~5 minutes), and we enjoyed the convenience without feeling like we were in the hustle and bustle.

The house location was nice. Close to town. Nice, quaint little neighborhood. Easy access and check-in. I thought the whole yard was fenced in and it was not. So not necessarily pet-friendly. My husband created a temporary barrier so the dogs could not escape. My only actual complaint is the towels. Need nicer, updated towels.

Thank you for the lovely stay, when we woke up to 8 inches of fresh snow we got a chance to meet everyone while we shoveled. 🤣 The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were really close to town and FLC.

A perfect Stay!

Beautiful, super-clean, comfortable, well furnished home perfect for our family of five adults on a ski vacation. This house had everything we needed to move right in and set up house for the week.Kitchen was huge with tons of empty cabinets to temporarily store our groceries for the week. Well furnished for cooking family dinners. Dining, living and bedrooms also spacious. Garage was great for unloading ski equipment every night.Host was helpful with all of my pre-trip questions but once we checked in there was no need to contact the host because everything was perfect!

Nice stay

Enjoyed this 3 bedroom rental shared with another couple annd then with our anon annd his wife. Only issue was AC in the larger guest room. With no ceiling fan, the room was stuffy and warmer than ours. They couldn’t open windows due to a barking dog. Adding a ceiling fan would greatly help. Both couples noticed the same issue. That said, we were grateful for AC on the high 80’s days.

I wish they were all this GREAT!

This was without a doubt our best Vrbo experience yet. The pictures don't lie. The place is fairly new and still in great condition. It had everything we needed with plenty of space, a well-stocked kitchen, and the property manager made it all super easy. Best of all, we had access to the garage, which allowed us to get the car out of the snow. We were also able to bring our dog which was a big plus for us this trip. The neighbors were super friendly and one of them helps care for the place. The place is just a short drive into town and was perfect for us. It backs up to a wooded hill and has a nice little patio which would be great in the summer. It's just off the main road and easy to get in and out of. Highly recommend it. One thing to note... the neighborhood seems to be low on the list for the snowplow people. On the morning we left, a fresh 12 inches of snow made it really difficult to get out the neighborhood. Not impossible, but even with 4WD I had to shovel some piles of snow and rock it around to get out. But the house was awesome.
