Staff were all lovely . Room rather tired looking and a bit scruffy. Net curtains grubby looking , hole in bedding, carpets stained, bathroom dusty and tired. Corridor to room depressing and dirty carpet.

Comfy beds, friendly staff. Purely personal downside was the bath/shower - the knees didn't like having to try and step in and out so much. Older hotel but still clean and comfortable. Parking can be confusing, but the staff were helpful and we got in and out 😊

The staff were lovely but the water wasn’t that hot. Got moved to a different room thinking it was an issue with the pipes in my first room but the water still wasn’t that hot. Kind of a let down. Other than that everything was amazing.
