The family friendly waters of Pilot beach, Dunbogan boat ramp, river and local park are just a short 5 minute drive. Laurieton town centre with shops, cafes, restaurants, cinema and club are approximately 7 minute drive and a 40 minute drive into the hub of Port Macquarie. All modern comforts provided: ducted aircon, fans, smart TVs, free WIFI, dishwasher, coffee machine, and washing machine.

Two living areas. Open plan living and kitchen, the other three bedrooms down the hallway with shared bathroom featuring a shower, bathtub and vanity.
Kitchen is very modern with electric cooktops, large fridge, large pantry and all appliances you need for a comfortable and easy stay.
Brand new furniture throughout.
Large outdoor covered entertainment area in the back with sun blinds, and fully fenced yard.
