The first room had bed bugs but they moved me to a new room and the new room was dirty in the tub and still had food in the fridge.
Had to pay $100 as security deposit before getting my key which I was not informed during my reservation process and what I had no extra money that evening. I was delayed about 30mins at check-out to getting my deposit back because there was different person at post Ishift changes
This place was terrible. I accidentally booked the wrong hotel so I had no choice but to go, but our sheets were full of pubic hair. The bathroom is full of mold and so are the shower curtains don’t waste your money or your time this place is disgusting.
When we got to the room, our water did not work. We had to change rooms when we change rooms We pulled the sheets back and it had pubic hair all over the sheets /blanket The room was dirty. We went back to another room and our shower curtain was filled with mold.
I never stayed there! The Indian front desk lady refused to accept me because I didn’t have my ID because I lost it! And I even showed her the police report lost ID ! She still refused! Then I called Alexandra police for help ? Two officers showed up and I explained to them! They went to her explained her and still refused! So they told me to stay another motel! But they told me to call you guys to be refunded back! They told her to call you guys She refused to accept him! So I am waiting my 67 dollars back to my account! I have the pine name and phone number he told me to call him if I am not refunded buck! So I am waiting for you guys to

Everything was great except for the smell of smoke in the room. I also recommend refreshing each room by replacing the towels and shower curtains. Additionally, please consider adding a soap dish in the bathrooms so guests don’t have to place soap directly on the sink counter. Thank you!
