Clean and friendly. Did not have breakfast here but no coffee in the am was available.
The atmosphere was energetic when you walked into the lobby. The greeting from the staff was very nice.
The room was clean, bed and pillows crazy comfortable and I didn't want to leave. The breakfast was very good, but, I did notice some of the food was not replenished. We ate breakfast at least 1 1/2 hours before the end of breakfast and some of the food ran out. It seems it should have been refilled.
We always stay at this hotel when traveling from Colorado to Texas and we like this hotel! It was a little busy checking in and was a little bit of a wait! The girl who checked us in was very nice but needed another person helping her! The only complaint I have is that the cleaning person didn't leave any coffee and I had to go back down stairs for some! The coffee station should be the one thing they always have stocked!
It took a little bit for the staff to show up at the front desk. The staff was polite and courteous. The room was amazing. There were spring break kids running up and down the hall but that's to be expected.
clean, new hotel just as you come into Dumas from Amarillo. Very nicely appointed. Indoor swimming pool with hot tub and sauna is great for adults and ok for kids. Complimentary beer and wine from 7to 9 PM was a nice addition. Breakfast was adequate, but not special. Would definitely stay there again if passing through the panhandle. The kids want to go back.
This is a quality business hotel in the Panhandle of Texas. Spotless rooms, good amenities such as free wireless internet and a provided laptop trey for working while relaxing. Good complimentary breakfast gets you off to a good start. Friendly but unobtrusive staff.
